Fabien Jouves Skin Contact White 2021
Fabien Jouves comes from an old peasant family in Causse. He became a winemaker in 2006 by creating the Mas del Périé on the highest slopes of Cahors. This orange wine is a blend of Ugni Blanc, Gros Manseng, and Muscat d’Alexandrie. The wine macerates on the skins for three months in stainless steel tanks. It is then aged in barrel for 6 months.
