Farina Soave Classico

Located in the heart of Valpolicella Classica, the original historic region of Amarone and Ripasso winemaking in the Veneto, Farina is owned by Claudio and Elena Farina, two cousins who represent the third generation of this winemaking family, with the guidance of Sandro, Claudio's father. This Soave is a blend of Garganega, Trebbiano di Soave, and Pinot Bianco Straw yellow with hints of green, clear and transparent. Notes of elderflower and wildflowers. Green apple, pineapple and plum on the palate. A delicious match with appetizers, flavorful cheeses, roasted poultry and fish dishes.
