Roditis "Maceration" by Ktima Ligas is the older brother of the other roditis and it ferments on the skins for 3 weeks. It is a bright, shiny and mediterranean orange wine: plenty of salty, floral and fruity veins, substained by a great vibrant freshness and enriched by a soft creaminess, due to the aging in barrique before bottling.
