Movia Cabernet Sauvignon

This is a family winery dating back to 1820 in Slovenia on the border with Italy. Though this wine is full-bodied it exhibits greater elegance than warmer climate Cabernet Sauvignons we would normally encounter. Dark red fruits joined by some leathery, undergrowth and tobacco notes. It's dry and a rather elegant style that is a perfect match with a steak entree.
