Il Torchio Lunatica 2018
Winemaking: Spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts in terracotta. Macerates for six months on the skins, aged in terracotta.
Tasting Notes: Gold in color with layered aromas of bramble, grass, lemon, echinacea, mandarin orange and candied ginger. Lemon, mango, ginger, buttery toast, and an herbaceous nuance glide atop fresh acidity and a trace of green tea tannins. Hay, lemon and honey linger on the silky finish. Vibrant, fun and gluggable.
