A blend of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay. A rosé with nice acidity and hints of rose and fresh cherries. It comes from a tiny plot of 40 years old vines on clay-limestone and volcanic soils, which have always been farmed naturally and more recently biodynamically.
