Wild Arc Riesling 2019


Winemaker’s Notes: Our first time working with fruit from the Sawmill Creek vineyards. Still natively fermented and full malolactic fermentation, so not your typical Finger Lakes Riesling.

Vineyard: Sawmill Creek
Region: Seneca Lake
Farming: Sustainable
SO2: 20ppm at crush, 10ppm at bottling

Vinification: Whole-cluster macerated for 24 hours. Pressed into Stainless tank, racked once to clarify.

Notes: At once oxidative and reductive, bright lemon and lime with some nuttiness behind it.
