Castello di Bossi Berardo Chianti Classico Riserva 2021

The Bossi Castle is located in the town of Castelnuovo Berardenga, the southernmost appellation of Chianti Classico, amid evergreen woods and long rows of vines. Deep ruby with bright brickstone rim. Rich, dark and brooding on the nose. Lots of juice and stuffing on the palate. The fruit seems really ripe but hasn’t lost its lustre because of the juicy acidity and coating tannins. Quite a big wine, but balanced.
