Malacari Rosso Conero

$23.00

The roots of wine production in Conero (located in the middle of the Marche) date back to the 10th century BC, during the Etruscan period. Compared to that, the Malacari family's 500 years in the region seems rather brief, though they are one of, if not the longest, continually operating winery in the region. Grapes are sourced from 38 acres of vineyards in the Offagna area. Five hectares are over 40 years old, ten hectares are younger vines. Vineyards are surrounded by oaks, hawthorn, rosehips and blackberry bushes.
