Maturation is completed with a minimum of 6 months in bottle. On the nose the wine takes flight, it's rich and aromatic with flowery red berry notes then in tones of mediterranean balsalm and spices. Rich and full, compared to it's younger sibiling. There is an underlying savory streak and punchy yet rounded tannins, long finish of wild berries and herbs.
