Frug Gruner Veltliner
Früg was a dance craze popular in Austria in the 1960s, and this still white wine is perfect for a party, or a weeknight tipple. Dry, fresh, herbaceous, and full of zip, this is a perfectly refreshing example of the quaffable side of Grüner Veltliner. Winemakers Josef and Pia Wurzinger age this on the lees, in stainless steel, with full malolactic fermentation. It is unfined and unfiltered, which give this a more medium-bodied expression.
