The vineyard is located on a very particular soil, rare and local, called “Sables Fauves”, renowned in the Armagnac area for freshness and minerality to the wines. Hand harvest. Destemmed, crushed and with a short skin maceration. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the fine lees for three months.
