This is a fantastic still cider from a producer that farms organically and ferments with native yeasts. They're a family owned cidery located just outside of Ithaca. Aromas are floral, beeswax and a light honey. On the palate, citrus, pith and apple skins.
Pairings: creamy pasta sauces and risottos, stuffed mushrooms, fresh berries or peaches.
