Wild Apple brings the bold, rustic character of traditional English Scrumpy cider to Western New York. Crafted from wild and heirloom apples grown across the region—most of them true “spitters” that shine in fermentation—this cider is as authentic as it gets.
Fermented to full dryness in French oak wine barrels for 10–22 months, Wild Apple is left
unfiltered so the fruit can speak for itself. Nothing added, nothing taken away—just apples transformed into pure cider.
