Misguided Vines Venus Sparkling

This wine is made from organic grapes grown in Sicily’s Northwest coastal gem: the Trapani province. It is made using the Charmat Method (aka tank method), a sparkling winemaking process that traps bubbles in wine via carbonation in large steel tanks. This process involves 5 stages over a 10-day period to complete. The results are a dry, elegant, light, and refreshing wine with fresh fruit character. This sparkler features notes of pear, yellow apple, peach, yellow plum, cinnamon.
