The wines from this side of the river typically have higher acidity, with soils made lighter by sand mixed with clay and limestone. This contributes a floral elegance to the wines that is quite unusual in the region. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvedre from the Coteaux de Lauzes made in the saignée method. Hand-harvested and destemmed, then macerated for a few hours before being pressed. Smooth, generous and fruity, with an amber-shaded color of incredible intensity. The 2022 Rose is spicy with a floral blend of dried strawberries and dusty rose offset by a spritz of lime. It's soft and enveloping on the palate, with a pretty inner sweetness up front and ripe orchard fruits that cascade throughout.
