Proyecto Nakkal Simple Pet Nat

This sparkling wine is made from Muscat Ottonel, also known as Moscatel. The warm growing season helped ripen the fruit that was hand harvested at peak ripeness. The grapes were macerated for 6 hours before pressing. While the wine was fermenting it was bottled and the result is a fresh, effervescent wine that is unfined and unfiltered.  Aromas of pears followed by soft bubbles make this a perfect picnic wine.
