Castello di Bossi Toscana Rosato
Castello di Bossi is located in the southern half of the Chianti Classico production zone, in the Commune of Castelnuovo Berardenga. Pale salmon in color, this rosato is a blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon. In the glass it resembles southern French rosés, but on the nose, it immediately asserts its Italian heritage with aromas of dusty earth and Mediterranean herbs layed over fresh cherries and tart cranberry. On the palate the wine shows bright acidity and brilliant depth of flavor.
