Fattoria Sardi La Pecora Rosa Rosé

Fattoria Sardi has been owned by the counts of Sardi for over 200 years. The estate has been converted to organic and biodynamic farming, and benefits from its close proximity to the Appennino mountains and the Tirrenean sea in northwestern Tuscany. This is a prefect summer rosé made from 100% Sangiovese, it is crisp and refreshing on the nose, with notes of wild roses, raspberries and melon with a fading aroma of cream.
