Pavette Chardonnay

This is 100% Chardonnay from the North Coast in California. Fruit is picked at peak ripeness and fermented partially in neutral oak and stainless steel tank. This is a fantastic Chardonnay from California, ripe and lush but still in balance. Pale straw color with brioche, pink lady apple, and baking spice aromas. A nice round body, with tropical fruit notes such as pineapple, with great length.
