Friday, May 29th: Salt & Wine Class

Explore the connection between terroir and taste in our unique Wine & Salt Class, where we’ll pair wines with salts sourced from the same regions. Volcanic wines are known for their beautiful natural salinity, making them an especially fun match for regional salts as we discover how place influences flavor in both wine and food. Alongside the tasting, we’ll enjoy cheese, bread, and butter to cleanse the palate and experience how terroir expresses itself beyond the glass.

In our Wine Class you’ll enjoy 6 wines paired with 6 cheeses all enjoyed in our private wine cellar tasting room.
