Their Mondeuse from the sun-soaked cru of Jongieux is fermended from partially destemmed clusters and ages for 8-10 moths in concrete vats before bottling. Pair zesty, peppery reds with well-seasoned meats and pungent cheeses. A great match with marinated flank steak, roasted game hens or a wheel of Tomme and some crusty bread.
