Casanova della Spinetta Rosé
La Spinetta’s Certified Organic Tuscan Estate lies in the village of Terricciola between Pisa and Volterra. From this majestic vineyard, La Spinetta produces a very Provencal style of dry Rosé. All fruit is
hand harvested. Skin contact time is very short, only 1 hour, to maintain elegance. The juice is then allowed to ferment naturally with native/wild yeasts so that its true terroir can show. The wine is then rested on lees for 3 months to add texture and depth. Il Rosé combines Sangiovese and Prugnolo Gentile delivers high-altitude verve, freshness, and excellent acidity underscored by tangy raspberry, red currants,
and cassis notes—this demands a plate of antipasti.
