A certified-organic 100% Merlot from 55-year-old vines on clay-limestone soils overlooking the Gironde Estuary, aged in barrels that previously held Cognac for 25 years. That aging is what sets this wine apart, giving it a depth and aromatic complexity you won't find anywhere else in our portfolio. Limited production. Ripe blackberry and dark cherry, with floral, herbal, and earthy notes alongside hints of baking spices, coffee, and chocolate. Rich and powerful, with a warmth and depth that comes from those Cognac barrels.
