Fattoria La Rivolta Falanghina
Fattoria La Rivolta, a family-owned winery, traces its roots back to the early twentieth century when Giovanni and Teresa combined their strengths and acquired land in the Ciurica, Rivolta, and Roseto districts. Their efforts resulted in one of the largest and most productive farms in the province of Benevento. Today, the estate spans approximately 29 hectares of hilly, calcareous-clay land, where vines are planted and hand-harvested to produce low yields without the use of chemical treatments. Falanghina is the signature grape of this area. This indigenous grape is known for its fresh, mineral, perfume and fruit-forward flavor profile. Pale lemon-green. Aromas of ripe pineapple, citrus fruits and white flowers. Fresh acidity.
