Inama Soave Classico
Soave Classico is the hilly area in the Veneto region where vineyards were planted during Roman times. It is uniquely suited for developing white wine with its volcanic soil: pure basaltic lava, the only area with these particular characteristics in Northern Italy. The area was originally planted with the ancient Graecanicum (meaning from Greece) variety. This name was then transformed into Garganega in the local dialect. On the nose there are notes of field flowers such as camomile, elderflower, iris. Mineral on the palate with an almond finish, typical of Classic Garganega.
