L'Ecole Cabernet Sauvignon 2022

Since 1983, L’Ecole № 41 has been a leader in Washington wine, Walla Walla Valley’s third winery and one of its founding estates that is family-owned for three generations. A cooler-than-average growing season resulted in a late harvest with above-average
yields and outstanding wine quality with higher natural acidity, lower sugars, wonderful
balance, and a beautiful expression of fruit. Showcasing a classic Cabernet profile, this expressive wine reveals a rich core of dark fruit black cherry and black plum interwoven with mocha, mint, pencil lead, and herbal nuances laced with eucalyptus. Floral accents of violet and lavender add aromatic lift. On the palate, layers of blackberry, cassis, and graphite unfold, supported by fine, powdery tannins and a supple structure that leads to a long, flavorful finish.
