Maison Cattin Sauvage Pinot Noir
The Cattin Family has been settled in Voegtlinshoffen, Alsace for three centuries, and has been dedicated to viticulture and wine-making. Each generation of talented winemakers has contributed to the development of the family-owned Estate. Owning more than 65 hectares of vineyard, the Cattin family is one of the largest family-owned Estates in Alsace. The plots, located either under the Grand Cru appellation, AOC Crémant d’Alsace or AOC Alsace, are spread over three places: Voegtlinshoffen, Steinbach and Colmar.
Ruby red color with intense aromas of red fruits and slightly spicy notes. On the palate, this wine is deliciously light and fruity with soft tannins giving the wine a great suppleness. This wine is very food-friendly, it will pair well with vegetables, salads, cheeses, fish and meat. This Pinot Noir was aged in stainless steel tanks and is both organic and vegan.
