Mandarino Liqueur

Born with the aim of infusing our products with unmistakable aromas and flavours, we want to guarantee high quality levels, characterised by exclusively artisanal processing that aims to reach a niche market. The company's choice is to use and enhance local raw materials while respecting their naturalness.  

The best mandarins from our citrus groves are peeled by hand to keep the aromas and scents contained in their peels intact. The peels are then placed in an infusion of pure alcohol for a few days. The infusion is then filtered and completed with the addition of water and sugar to obtain a 32° hydroalcoholic solution. The liqueur, of an intense orange color, is characterized by a strong and penetrating aroma and a full, mellow taste, with an intense flavor.
