Mount Hermon White Blend

$19.00

The Galilee (or Galil) is the most northern appellation in Israel. The highest quality area within the appellation is the Golan Heights (or simply the Golan), the coldest region in Israel. The vineyards on this volcanic plateau rise from 400 meters (1,300 feet) above sea level to 1,200 meters (3,900 feet) and receive snowfall in the winter. Mount Hermon White exhibits pleasing aromas of citrus fruits, honeysuckle, melon and peach, layered with hints of tropical fruits and spice. With medium body, this easy-to-enjoy wine is complex, tasty and drinkable. Pairing recommendations are grilled trout with lemon-parsley butter, roasted chicken with peaches and herbs, or vegetable chili.
