Niepoort Nat Cool Branco Vinho Verde
The wine is made in a the very typical and traditional way for the region. Wild yeasts are used and the wine is bottled before it is dry with some residual sugar and the fine lees. The wine then re-ferments in the bottle leaving a little bit of spritz and a cloudy appearance. Slightly cloudy in appearance, this is a white wine with plenty of personality; it is fresh, vibrant, with citrusy and vegetal notes. Uncomplicated and straight-forward, it offers high acitidy and a a light carbonic sparkle on the palate, ending on a saline, crystalline and refreshing finish.
