3% PETITE SIRAH
Zinfandel and Petite Syrah were cofermented with whole berries intact in closed top tanks. Cabernet barrel fermented and then blended for elevage in tank and neutral barrel for 14 months. A harmonious balance of flavors, with the Zinfandel providing juicy fruitiness, the Cabernet Sauvignon contributing depth and complexity, and the Petite Sirah adding a spicy kick.
