Le Soula Rouge Cotes Caltanes

$43.00

At the beginning, very subtle but fresh fruit paired with secondary aromas such as asphalt after a summer rain, alongside licorice and a red fleshy note. A little red pepper and then black berries and plums come with the air. On the palate, it is fresh, pious, happy, free. Sour cherry, blueberry play to themselves, but then the palate hits earthy tones. The tannin builds up in front of the fruit and pushes on and on together with Dutch licorice. The phenolic holds the mouth together for a long time, but then the fruit appears again.
