A 100% Monastrell from 50+ year old vineyards. The winery uses traditional dry farmed viticulture with Organic goblet trained vines. Cultivation is done completely by hand, with minimal human intervention. Each grape is selected meticulously through hand harvesting. Cherry color with purple highlights, on the nose you’ll find hints of licorice and chocolate and a subtle depth of herbs and floral qualities. Young and expressive with a fruit forward attitude. Perfect when paired with cured meats and barbecue.
