Journey through Greece's ancient and indigenous grapes, from the crisp, mineral driven Assyrtiko of Santorini to the bold, garnet reds of Naoussa, in a guided tasting that uncovers one of the world's oldest and most exciting wine cultures. We'll explore how volcanic soils, island breezes, and millennia of winemaking tradition shape these distinctive bottles, with each pour offering a new window into the flavors of the Mediterranean.
